As the Senior Proposals Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for administratively supporting business development pursuits at Bergmeyer.  We’re currently searching for an experienced individual who can partner with multiple market leaders to drive measurable results that benefit our business. This role will be responsible for overseeing the proposal process, by facilitating multiple concurrent project proposal teams’ progress throughout the entirety of each lead’s lifecycle. This role will also be accountable for assigning responsibilities and tracking proposal progress, completion, and accuracy – while communicating confidently with business development leaders across all markets

 

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

Facilitate all stages of the proposal development process from prospect to interview. This will include preparing and coordinating the development of content, and layout to ensure compliance with solicitation documents, editing written content, and collating final deliverables within required timelines.

Work closely with the market leaders and brand communications team to align submissions with established brand guidelines.

Serve as an administrative member of the Business Development and Marketing teams, supporting firmwide new business pursuit efforts by maintaining Lead Capture Plans for prospective clients and scheduling and coordinating strategic engagement activities.

Monitor and manage the accuracy of pipeline data by regularly updating and validating information within the CRM system including lead tracking

Update and maintain Resumes and Bios for the leadership team

Support coordination of awards program submissions

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field preferred

Five (5)+ years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate industry, supporting the pursuit of new project opportunities

Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects and cross-functional teams

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills for updating marketing assets a plus

High-level knowledge of brand management and adherence to brand standards

High familiarity with RFP/RFQ submission process in the Architecture or Design industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Impressive organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
