Create the future of retail experiential design!  We are searching for a creative and resourceful retail project manager with a positive, collaborative work style to lead retail projects for our national clients based in either our Boston or Los Angeles office. Help us design and deliver exceptional projects in a variety of consumer environments. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, results-oriented and a team player.

 Location: Boston, MA or Los Angeles, CA or Columbus OH

 Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
  • Architecture Licensure or NCIDQ certification preferred
  • LEED AP accreditation a plus
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office preferred including proven experience in construction documentation development
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience, including recent experience with retail design and implementation programs
  • Experience leading interiors project teams
  • Experience leading CD and CA phases of interiors projects

 

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Manage client, team, and project coordination and communication for multiple fast paced projects at a given time
  • Exhibit advanced technical problem-solving capabilities regarding building construction and technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with clients
  • Meets deadlines with high quality, thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with navigating brand standards and working with brand-focused clients
  • Must possess an understanding of client standards and how standards apply to project specific  requirements, as it relates to retail roll-out/implementation programs
