We are looking for an experienced, technical and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of exceptional projects for our regional and national beverage clientele in a highly collaborative team-oriented environment!

  • Professional degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
  • Architecture Licensure or NCIDQ accreditation a plus
  • LEED AP accreditation a plus
  • Proficiency with Revit preferred
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience, including recent portfolio experience with restaurant/bar/tap room projects
  • Experience leading both interior design and architectural projects

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Manage client, team, and project coordination and communication for multiple fast paced projects at a given time
  • Technical comprehension regarding the coordination between landlord and consultants, including MEP engineers and Kitchen Equipment Vendors
  • Manage project finances including fees, contracts, additional services as well as internal and external budgets
  • Experience navigating corporate/brand standards, working with brands and developers
  • Lead in-house team with preparation of existing conditions site surveys and full entitlements code and accessibility reviews as part of due diligence
  • Manage design development and construction document packages with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Successfully navigate building, health, and zoning departments regarding project approvals (locally & nationally)
  • Perform construction phase services and project close-out
  • Travel is required
