Senior Architect

Do you have a passion for mentoring and professional practice?  We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to help shape the next generation of designers and architects in a highly-collaborative, team-oriented environment.


  • Architecture Licensure preferred
  • LEED AP accreditation a plus
  • Minimum 15+ years of design office
  • Experience leading interiors and architectural projects at all phases of development
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office required
  • Revit and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.

  • Ability to use people management skills to provide constructive feedback and mentor colleagues so they can succeed in their positions
  • Experience guiding the professional growth of others
  • Technical detailing expertise and project leadership experience across multiple markets and project types
  • A positive, creative, and collaborative work style
  • Exhibit advanced technical problem-solving capabilities regarding building construction and technologies
  • Maintain client relationships effectively while building trust and loyalty
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work closely with internal project teams
  • Meet deadlines with high quality, thoughtful solutions
  • Guide project teams through the management of project finances including fees, contracts and internal and external budgets
  • Assist project teams in due diligence, including navigating hearings with building and zoning officials regarding project approvals (locally & nationally)
