We’re looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Graphic Design Practice Leader to join our growing team at Bergmeyer. This position can be based in any of our home offices—Boston, Los Angeles, or Columbus.

In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively to shape the creative direction of our graphic design practice, mentoring a team of talented designers, and setting high standards of visual communication in projects across all markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions that elevate our brand and meet project and client objectives.

You will play a key role in business development, contributing to the growth of the environmental graphics and branding discipline at Bergmeyer by cultivating client relationships and supporting proposal development. You will also play stewardship role for our internal brand, working with our team of designers to ensure its consistent expression across digital, physical, and social media channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of leading successful design initiatives across a broad range of assignments.

 

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

*The base salary will be estimated to be between $110,000 - $135,000 contingent on relevant experience plus profit sharing and benefits.
