Account Manager - Retail

Boston, MA or Los Angeles, CA | Full-time


Create the future of retail experiential design!  We are searching for a creative and resourceful retail account manager with a positive, collaborative work style to lead retail projects for our national clients based in either our Boston or Los Angeles office. Help us design and deliver exceptional projects in a variety of consumer environments. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, results-oriented and a team player.

Location: Boston, MA or Los Angeles, CA



  • Professional degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
  • Architecture Licensure or NCIDQ certification preferred
  • LEED AP accreditation a plus
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit preferred
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience, including recent experience with retail design and roll out / implementation programs
  • Experience leading interiors project teams

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Manage client, team, and project coordination and communication for multiple fast paced projects at a given time
  • Exhibit advanced technical problem-solving capabilities regarding building construction and technologies
  • Meets deadlines with high quality, thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain client relationships effectively while building trust and loyalty and directing the decision-making process related to design
  • Manage project finances including fees, contracts, and internal and external budgets
  • Experience with navigating brand standards and working with brand-focused clients
