  • Experience with the AIA 2030 Commitment a plus
  • Experience working with fabrication partners

Essential skills and responsibilities

  • Ability to “read” drawings, strong familiarity with the deliverables of licensed design professionals. Professional licensure is not required, but fluency with technical documents is.

  • Ability to facilitate a movement and cultivate a culture of climate positive decision making
  • Lead sustainability workshops and goal-setting sessions with clients and project teams to determine project sustainability strategies
  • Ability to create key performance indicators (KPIs) for Bergmeyer and measure our year-to-year success in annual sustainability and CSR reports.
  • Excellent communications skills, both writing and speaking
  • Excited to be out in public talking about what we’re doing
